Here's Sakebi's character who is very good at fixing radios and he happens to be a mute. Interesting enough, outside his house is always raining.
This was an original character + simple background = $20 (third option) digital commission. You can ask for plain flat colors or whatever style of art if you want. Anyone wanting a commission from me? If you do, just note me (here's the info [link] ).
